However, as the nursing rooms can only be assessed by obtaining a key from the security counter (see map for directions), the security of the room is maintained. Nevertheless, this may also result in some inconvenience as the security guard may not have the key with him. He tried to give me a bunch of instructions to obtain the key from another staff and even insisted that he could not leave his post to get the key for me. After a while I got impatient and insisted that he got the key for me himself otherwise I was going to call the management. That got him moving and after waiting for a long time, he finally managed to get me assess to the room through one of the cleaners of the toilets. From this experience, you may want to consider approaching a cleaner (wearing yellow shirts) for assess to the toilet instead of the security guard (whichever is more convenient for you).

However, some of the smaller nursing rooms located at Lift Lobby G & H cannot be locked and the door is transparent hence privacy is compromised. If you do not have a nursing cover, you may want to nurse at the main nursing room instead. In addition, there is a likelihood that people might misuse the rooms as a resting area/ pantry. Nevertheless, there is plenty of space for nursing and diaper changing so you should not have to compete with other parents.

Personal Experience: Beautifully decorated, spacious, very clean and has adequate amenities. The room was also being supervised by the staff so as to ensure that it was not misused (all users of the room had to also write their name and phone numbers to sign in and out). However, the lack of electrical points in the cubicles may make expressing milk more inconvenient. Nevertheless, there was a kid-friendly toilet located within the nursing room so parents with older children may tend to both the older and younger children at the same time; the play area also kept older children entertained while waiting for their younger siblings. Definitely one of the best nursing rooms that I've reviewed.

Personal Experience: Beautifully decorated, very clean and has some amenities. The air purifiers also keep the air in the room clean and fresh while the baby cot provides a place for mothers with twins or 2 young children to lay one in the cot while she nursed the other. There are also many nursing rooms available throughout the aquarium so that you don't have to wait for a nursing room if it is not available. However, privacy may be compromised as the curtains may be easily drawn open by people trying to check if the cubicle is being used. In addition, there is also no sink in the room so you may need to wash your hands in the nearby toilets or with hand sanitisers.

However, the lack of electrical points in the cubicles may make expressing milk more inconvenient (I had to use my batteries). In addition, the nursing area was very cramped and the flimsy curtains provided little privacy as it could not be drawn completely. Nevertheless, signs that said "currently in use" hung on the curtains help to warn people that the nursing cubicle is occupied.
