Bali II Day 8: Swim at Westin & Shop at Bali Collection

After a good night's sleep, we headed to Prego for our buffet breakfast as it was near our hotel room. The restaurant was decorated beautifully for Christmas!

The food was generally good, with a good variety for the whole family!

After breakfast, we explored the pool and the various activities that the hotel provided.

For example, guests can borrow bicycles for free and ride them along the beach.

There were bicycles of all sizes for the whole family. The hubby decided to give the Littlest a ride!

The beautiful large lagoon pool was calling out to us so we got changed into our swimming suits and jumped right in! Of course, the highlight for the kids was the water slide!

Although it later rained around noon, we were still more than happy to laze in the pool under the shelter of a bridge because there wasn't any lightning.

After swimming, we headed back to Bali Collection for lunch and more shopping.

We had lunch at Restaurant Laguna Garden.

We ordered mix of Asian and Western food together with a variety of cocktails and milkshakes for our drinks.

Food was good though I was too hungry and forgot to take more pictures of the food!

After lunch, we did our manicures, pedicures and massages at Revive.

The girls enjoyed our manicures and pedicures while the hubby enjoyed his massage.

We were super pampered! 💅

It was such a hot day that we needed to get ice-cream from Cold Stone Creamery to cool down.

The ice-cream was so yummy! Love it!

If you can, you should definitely check out the Devdan Show at Bali Nusa Dua Theatre. It was too bad that we couldn't catch the show as the showtimes didn't match our schedule! 😔☹️

We took a taxi back to our hotel because the kids wanted to play at the beach!

The beaches here were definitely less crowded than Kuta! Kids had a lot of fun building sandcastles and enjoying the waves.

Not satisfied with the sea, the kids ended the day with more pool fun!

They only left the pool when it was time for dinner! We headed to Hamabe Japanese Restaurant, one of the hotel's many restaurants.

The restaurant specialises in teppanyaki and sushi.

The food was so good, authentic and much cheaper than Singapore! Super yummy! 👍🏻

We ended the day with a nice bath in our bathtub. We love Don Don Donki's bath bombs 😊

We were about to sleep when we heard fireworks outside our window!

A great way to end our day 😃
