Party Planning Made Easy, Thanks to Disney Junior

Like I always say, a party without a theme is no party at all.

So every party I plan has to have some sort of theme or dress code just to jazz it up a notch, ifyaknowwhatI'msaying.

Disney Junior is coming to the rescue of parents who want a theme party but have no idea how to go about doing it. 'For Grown Ups' is a microsite on the Disney Junior website that provides all-you-need-to-know guides for parents to create Disney-themed celebrations.

The resources range from simple recipes to reflect the party theme to creative decorations like your own Princess Aurora Crown and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Gift Box! There are also easy to make print-and-fold treasure chests and stickers for you to give away as party favours to your guests.

The microsite is also organized according to holiday themes like Christmas, Halloween and even Chinese New Year! You may also create a party that is themed after a particular character (e.g. Minnie Mouse) or show (e.g. Special Agent Oso).

To illustrate the wonders of their new site, Girlee and I were invited to a little lunch at La NonnaHolland Village where I also caught up with other parent bloggers Edmund, San, Daphne & Ruth.

It was a great time of good food and fellowship but the most impressive thing was that the whole place was decked out in Jake and the Never Land Pirates, which is currently the most popular series on Disney Junior.

There were pirate head gears, telescopes, gold doubloons, eye patches, teeny tiny characters, swords and even magic wands! It'll definitely be a hit with little budding pirates at home!

So if you're planning a party for your baby in future, why not consider visiting 'For Grown Ups' for some party ideas? I know I would =)
