My Brother's ROM & Sister's Birthday at MBS

[ROM]

My little Brother is finally getting married! I told the Sister that I would be wearing navy (not my favourite colour but the one that I look the slimmest in hehe 🤭), so she decided to join me. I finished the look with Prada in my favourite colour #pinkpradaforever 😁

We hung around the canopy area outside the Registry of Marriage while waiting for the bride and groom who were running late.

When they finally arrived, we took some family photos outside before heading inside.

ROM limits the number of guests to 10, including the bride and groom, hence I couldn't bring any of the kids.

It was just as well so that the Hubby and I can spend couple time without the kids for once!

I may be the oldest among my siblings but I'm clearly not the tallest!

We waited for about 15 minutes before heading into the room where the Justice of Peace was waiting.

It was a quick ceremony, with the exchange of vows and rings done in about 15 minutes.

After the signing of the marriage certificates, we proceeded to the gardens outside for a quick photoshoot.

Can't believe my little brother is finally married! 👰🤵

Cheers to a happy marriage with God's bountiful blessings! ❤️

[Sister's Staycation @ MBS]

The week after, my dad invited the sister and I to stay at MBS as my uncle (his brother) had some free rooms.

This is my 4th stay at MBS (see here, here, and here).

I only brought the Littlest because the 2 older ones had school. It was an ordinary room but on a high floor with an amazing view!

The Littlest was so excited it took me quite a long time to get her to nap. After she woke up, we went swimming at our pre-booked time slot. Even though this was not my sister's first stay at MBS, it was the first time at the pool!

The MBS pool always make me feel like I'm on top of the world! Love the amazing view of Singapore!

We were each given a complimentary bottle of apple juice but I suggested to the Sister that we order order some food to eat by the pool because I remembered that my brother had ordered some the last time that we stayed here and it was really good. Plus, my sister had missed out the last time and got to finally make up for it this time 😁

We really enjoyed our meal! 😋

As the sky darkened, we headed back to our room to chill before heading out for dinner.

Love the view from the lift lobby! Beautiful sunset sky 🌇

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions of dining in for 2, we couldn't eat at the restaurant as there were 3 of us. Instead, we decided to take away the meal from Putien.

Special Note: the Littlest Girl and I wore matching dresses from Topazette! Bought them during sale 😊

Our room did not come with breakfast so we had something simple in our hotel room and headed out for brunch.

Mum met up with us to have brunch at Ippudo, MBS. We sat at separate tables due to the restrictions but they were kind enough to sit us close to each other.

After a good brunch, the Daddy met us to pass us some tickets for a Sampan ride! It was really cheap thrill but since none of us have done it before, we were excited.

It was a simple ride, nothing spectacular but the look of awe on my Littlest Girl's face made it worthwhile for us.

We had an amazing time together! Always enjoy the quality time spent with my sister, my first BFF and best companion!

Till our next Girls' Staycation 😁
